Sloan Canyon Conservation and Lateral Pipeline Act

Expands and manages the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area and creates a right-of-way for a water pipeline. The bill places management with the Department of the Interior through the Bureau of Land Management and increases the protected area to 57,728 acres.

Requires the agency to grant, within one year, a right-of-way for a water pipeline at no cost while keeping existing utility corridors in place. Affects federal land managers, local utilities, and nearby communities by protecting more land, maintaining current utility routes, and enabling a new pipeline to be built across the area.
