To amend the Epstein Files Transparency Act with respect to enforcement by an attorney general of a State, and for other purposes.

Expands public access to records related to Jeffrey Epstein by limiting the Department of Justice’s ability to withhold documents. Bars the use of common legal privileges, such as those often used to keep internal communications or investigative materials confidential, in order to prevent broad secrecy.

Tightens the rules for redactions by narrowing what information can be blacked out before release. Requires clearer justification for any redactions that remain.
