Rural Broadband Protection Act of 2025

Establishes the Rural Broadband Protection Act of 2025 to strengthen oversight of federal broadband funding. Requires the Federal Communications Commission to screen applicants for broadband funds and verify that providers have the ability to complete proposed projects before receiving money.
