Homeland Security and Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026.

Introduced: Jan 20, 2026Updated: Jun 5, 2026

Summary

Provides fiscal year 2026 funding for the Department of Homeland Security and extends certain federal spending through September 30, 2026. Divides the law into two parts, one covering DHS appropriations and another covering additional continuing appropriations for other government activities.

Limits how the term “this Act” is interpreted so that references apply only within the same division unless clearly stated otherwise. Uses a House statement as guidance for funding decisions but sets funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Security Operations at zero and excludes their accompanying guidance.

Affects federal agencies funded under these provisions by determining how much money they receive and how they can use it through the end of fiscal year 2026.
