Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2025

Finalizes land arrangements for the Cape Fox Village Corporation in Alaska. Allows Cape Fox to decline ownership of about 185 acres near Saxman and instead request transfer of other specified federal land. Grants surface rights of selected land to Cape Fox and subsurface rights to Sealaska if a request is made within 90 days, with transfers completed within 180 days.

Requires continued public access across the transferred land so people can reach inland National Forest areas on Revillagigedo Island. Protects existing third-party rights and claims on the land at the time the law takes effect. Affects Cape Fox, Sealaska, federal land managers, and members of the public who use access routes in the area.
