No PREJUDICE Act

Bars the Department of Homeland Security from stopping, questioning, or arresting people based on personal traits such as race, ethnicity, occupation, language, or accent. Requires immigration enforcement actions to rely on factors other than these characteristics.

Allows immigrants to seek dismissal of their cases if enforcement actions violate these rules. Affected individuals gain a legal pathway to challenge and potentially end proceedings that stem from prohibited profiling practices, changing how immigration enforcement decisions are made and reviewed.
